Retoque was hired by Canal Energia to develop actions of media relations for the National Power Development Center (CNDPCH) in 2003. There were more than 100 reports in the period of existence of the entity. Successful results motivated Canal Energia to hire Retoque to organize the National Meeting of the Electricity Sector Agents (ENASE) in 2004 and 2005. In its first edition, 24 journalists accompanied the work of media such as Gazeta Mercantil , Valor Economico, State Agency and Examination. In its second edition, 21 journalists, with the placement of 28 reports on radio, TV and print media.
